A clear, quick-drying, waterproof, multi-surface bond for Starglow Powder Coatings.

Apply a very thin even coating by brush, roller, sponge, airbrush or spray gun, then whilst still wet, apply (dust-coat) an even coating of Starglow Reflective Powder and allow to dry for 1 hour. Tap off excess onto a sheet of paper for re-use. Brushes wash out in water.
