A professional grade, high-performance, water-based (solvent-free) glow-in-the-dark paint. Starglow Luminous Paints contain higher concentrations of pigments than ordinary glow-in-the-dark paints, for a higher performance and richer glow. Whilst this paint is tough and waterproof when dry, it will require a protective top-coat for prolonged outdoor use.
